UNCEN.AI provides AI-assisted creative tools for generating and managing images, audio, video, text, interactive media, and related assets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using UNCEN.AI, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login provider identifiers, profile information, plan status, billing status, and authentication metadata. We also collect content you provide to or create with the service, including prompts, uploads, generated outputs, scene data, workflows, comments, ratings, public posts, and related metadata.
We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser information, cookies or similar identifiers, pages viewed, features used, generation jobs, credit usage, error logs, security logs, and timestamps.
If you connect a Google account or use YouTube-related features, we may collect and use information authorized by you through Google's OAuth flow, such as account identifiers, channel information, upload permissions, video metadata, thumbnails, playlists, privacy settings, and API responses needed to provide the integration. We use Google API data only to provide and maintain the features you request, such as connecting accounts, preparing uploads, publishing videos, checking upload status, and troubleshooting integration errors.
You can revoke Google access through your Google account permissions page. Revoking access may disable YouTube or Google-dependent features. UNCEN.AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use information to provide, operate, secure, debug, improve, and personalize the service; process generation jobs; manage accounts, credits, billing, and plans; display public galleries and creator content; provide support; enforce policies; prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about the service.
Content you publish publicly on UNCEN.AI, and Free-plan content that is auto-published as part of the Free plan, may be visible to other users and visitors. Public content may be displayed in galleries, recommendations, search, creator pages, promotional surfaces, embeds, social previews, and other discovery features. Do not publish content that you want to keep private.
We may send prompts, uploads, outputs, and metadata to third-party model providers, infrastructure providers, storage providers, payment processors, analytics providers, moderation tools, email providers, and social platform APIs when needed to provide the service. These providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing commitments.
We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, detect abuse, and improve the product. Browser settings may let you block or delete cookies, but some features may stop working correctly.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers. We may receive billing identifiers, subscription status, invoice status, plan information, and limited payment metadata needed to manage your account.
We may share information with service providers and integrations as described above; with other users or the public when you publish content publicly; with law enforcement, regulators, courts, or rights holders when we believe disclosure is legally required or appropriate; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets; and to protect UNCEN.AI, users, third parties, or the public.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, preserve security, and support legitimate business purposes. Generated media and public content may remain available unless removed by us or deleted through available product controls, subject to backups, logs, cached copies, legal holds, and operational retention.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
You may update account information through the product where available, choose whether to publish certain content publicly, revoke connected third-party accounts, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, or contact us about privacy requests. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.
UNCEN.AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
UNCEN.AI may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to places with privacy laws different from those where you live.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
