UNCEN.AI is a creative software platform for generating images, music, audio, video, text, interactive media, and related assets with AI-assisted tools. Features, models, credits, limits, moderation rules, integrations, and product surfaces may change over time.
You retain ownership of your original prompts, uploads, scripts, characters, references, and other content you provide to the service, subject to any rights held by third parties. Subject to these Terms, outputs generated through the service are governed by the plan that applied when the output was created.
As between you and UNCEN.AI, outputs generated under the Free plan are owned by UNCEN.AI. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Free-plan outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Free-plan exports may include a UNCEN.AI watermark. You may not sell, sublicense, monetize, run ads against, use in paid client work, use as part of a commercial product, or otherwise exploit Free-plan outputs commercially without our written permission.
As between you and UNCEN.AI, you own outputs generated under an active paid plan, subject to applicable law, your compliance with these Terms, any third-party model or provider restrictions, and any rights in content you upload or reference. You may use, publish, distribute, monetize, adapt, and sublicense paid-plan outputs in your own projects. Paid plans may include your own logo or branding instead of a UNCEN.AI watermark where that option is offered by the product.
You grant UNCEN.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, transmit, display, and create technical derivatives of your prompts, uploads, and outputs as needed to operate, secure, debug, provide, improve, and support the service. This operational license does not transfer ownership of paid-plan outputs to UNCEN.AI.
If you choose to publish a video, image, audio track, scene group, workflow, character, or other work publicly on UNCEN.AI, or if your Free-plan output is auto-published as part of the Free plan, you grant UNCEN.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, excerpt, thumbnail, transcode, recommend, rank, moderate, promote, advertise around, and otherwise use that published content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and curating the service. For paid-plan public posts, you still own your paid-plan outputs as described above.
UNCEN.AI may evolve into a public discovery platform where creators publish works, viewers react, vote, like, follow, or browse ad-supported or subscription-supported content experiences. We may add ranking, recommendation, moderation, sponsorship, ad-supported playback, ad-free paid playback, uncensored areas, creator profiles, and similar community features.
AI outputs can be similar to material generated for other users or material available elsewhere. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, merchantable, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distribution, reliance, or commercial use.
You may not use the service for unlawful content or conduct, to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights of others, to impersonate or defame others, to abuse infrastructure, to evade plan restrictions, to reverse engineer protected systems, or to scrape or exploit the platform in unauthorized ways. You must have all rights and permissions needed for content you upload, reference, or ask the service to process. We may suspend, limit, watermark, demonetize, remove, or report content or accounts for abuse, policy violations, payment issues, operational risk, safety risk, or legal risk.
The service may use or connect to third-party models, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, social platforms, Google APIs, YouTube APIs, storage providers, analytics tools, and other vendors. Your use of integrations may also be subject to the third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, platform decisions, takedowns, account actions, model behavior, or availability.
Credits are consumed when you use paid generation features. Credit allotments, rollover rules, refunds, and plan benefits are described on the pricing page or checkout flow and may change prospectively. Promotional launch specials, onboarding credits, and free-plan replenishment rules may be time-limited or modified at any time for future periods. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, legal requests, fraud, payment failures, or operational/security concerns.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNCEN.AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNCEN.AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, business, opportunities, reputation, or goodwill arising from or related to the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims is limited to the amounts you paid to UNCEN.AI for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UNCEN.AI and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, outputs, use of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service or require renewed acceptance. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
